General Information

Making an Appointment

Should you wish to make an appointment to see the doctor during his consultation times please ring the surgery between 9.00am and 11.30am or between 2.00pm and 3.30pm. Appointments should be made for only one patient. Urgent cases will always be accommodated. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Home Visits

Home visits are restricted to those patients who are too ill to travel. It is requested that a patient requiring a home visit should telephone the surgery before 11.00am to enable the doctor to plan his rounds according to their locality and/or urgency.

In an emergency please telephone the surgery where the receptionist will inform the doctor immediately. Be prepared to give as full a description as possible of the symptoms and if necessary a clear route to the emergency. See the ‘out of hours’ page for emergencies outside of normal surgery hours.

Disabled Access

The surgery premises have suitable access for disabled persons with provision for disabled parking close to the surgery entrance.
